Board ERG SA announces that on 28 April 2010 received FON SA information about the conclusion on 28 April 2010 between the companies FON SA and ATLANTIS SA, an agreement on cooperation in the joint exercise of ownership rights of ownership of shares ERG SA According to SA agreement FON has 1 967 500 shares, representing 4.54% of the share capital of the Issuer, giving a right to 1 967 500 votes at the general meeting, which votes represent 4.54% of the votes held by each shareholder ERG SA Atlantis SA has 1 967 500 shares, representing 4.54% of the share capital of the Issuer, giving a right to 1 967 500 votes at the general meeting, which votes represent 4.54% of the votes held by each shareholder ERG SA Total FON SA and ATLANTIS SA have 3 935 000 shares ERG SA 9.08% representing the share capital ERG SA and giving a right to 3 935 000 votes representing 9.08% of votes at the general meeting of the ERG S.A.
