The Management Board of ERG SA announces that today is 30 April 2010 received from Mr. Dariusz Purgała notice reads as follows: "I inform that in relation to registration by the District Court in Katowice-Pacific office in Katowice KRS VIII series F shares on April 20, 2010 years, owned by me the package 7 894 387 shares representing ERG SA 20.05% of the share capital and the total number of votes is currently 18.23% of share capital and the total number of votes. "
